John Hegedus' landlord in Pen Argyl apparently walked into the Slate Belt police station saying he "threatened" another tenant on Tuesday, Feb. 21 around 10:05 a.m., Slate Belt police said.

The police chief saw Hegedus' Facebook post, which caused the other tenant "substantial fear," police said. Hegedus was subsequently arrested and arraigned before a Magisterial District Judge, who set bail at $35,000 with a 10% option.

Hegedus was charged with solicitation to commit aggravated assault, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, and harassment.
